The Royal Watch Collector's Club: 1995 | ||
By the end of 1995, the Royal Watch Collector's Club was formed and was officially debuted in Secaucus, NJ, at the International Collectibles Exposition in April 1996. As an incentive to join the club at the show, HK offered collectors a special version of the Garden Prince pendant. At the Rosemont Show in June of that year, another variation of the same pendant was available to people who joined the club. This pattern has continued with current members and new members who join the club at the expositions receiving the special event pendant while at the show. Harmony Garden rose pendants were the 1997 event pieces. David Lawrence's angel pendants were the event pieces for 1998, and Monique Baldwin created an adorable Lord Byron pendant for 1999. The Royal Watch continues to enjoy rapid growth. Membership benefits include club exclusive gifts, four issues of the quarterly club newsletter "The Queen's Courier," opportunity to purchase two annual redemption pieces, and other exclusive benefits.
