Bills S373 and HR2811 propose to add the python to the list of injurious animals, alarming many people in the pet trade. The largest Burmese python in the US was thought to be “Baby”, who lived at the Serpent Safari Park, Gurnee, Illinois. She weighed 403 pounds and was 27 feet long.
