This box figurine features meerkats, African sentries, known for establishing lookout posts and digging burrows in the sand for their food. HK assists them by supplying binoculars, a bucket, and a spade. The mouse can be found on the lid, peeking out between the meerkats’ shoulders. Being an early piece, there are no markings or inner carvings. Interior hallmarks include HBC logo.
