This piece was given as a gift to attendees at the 2009 HOP “Passport to the Kingdom” Convention in Newport, Rhode Island. Attendees were given the opportunity to purchase one additional piece. A male Mallard duck embraces his partner as he prepares to depart on a journey, replete with suitcase and passport. The inscription "Anas Platyrhynchos" is the scientific name for the mallard.
