These gentle gents are at their favourite hangout, “The Swamp.” The mouse is hidden in one of the boar’s ears. Another clue that this is an original: the inscription “An Original PC” on the base of the box. Above this is a sign reading, “Pete’s Shed – 2014 miles.” This is the distance between Peter’s studio shed and HK corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Below that is the date “2 Feb 95” which is the completion date for carving. Interior hallmarks include © and HBC logo.
