"Woman’s Hour" is a long running daily program on Radio 4 in the UK which Peter guiltily listens to as he carves in his shed. A recent topic was the rise in popularity of Caesarean sections, with reasons ranging from convenience to "conserving the integrity of one’s lady bits." While pondering the thought, Peter observed his two chickens - Scratch and Rhianna - running about the yard and wondered whether they would prefer a Caesarean to natural egg laying. Carving began immediately. The 2012 Black Box was born! Although Caesareans are sometimes a lifestyle choice in the west, China performs the most at 46%. Some "too posh to push" private London clinics are not far behind. |
