When Master Carver Peter Calvesbert read that the world’s most expensive coffee comes from the back side of the Palm Civet, his respect for the human race fell yet another notch. Kopi Luwak is made from the beans of coffee berries that are eaten, digested, and then defecated by the Palm Civet. Peter’s 2011 signed and numbered Black Box shows the Civet making a cup of “instant” coffee!
