This pin is a modification of the Rosemont ’97 Puffin Pin, with “Harmony Kingdom” replacing “Rosemont” on the pin’s base. 104 of these were given to charter members of the Royal Watch U.K. and Australia, and 91 were given to collectors who attended the HK reception at the Collect ’99 Wembley Fair.
