One of the zebras on this tile figurine sports a striped bar code on his flank. Is his skin for sale? The explorer at bottom right is about to be trampled by the stampeding elephant, panicking as a rabbit mistakes his trunk for a bolt hole. The markings on his right tusk stand for "Not for Sale." The markings on the left are second hand car jargon for "Light Offside Front Damage." The dodo at bottom right reads a book entitled "Lonely Hearts" while her partner visits "Glacier Falls." Why is she looking admiringly at the elephant? Rufus strikes a Lawrence of Arabia pose atop the camel. The other camel has taken the idea of the ship of the desert too far and sports a chain, anchor and plimsoll line. To the right are two ostriches, one burying its head in a fire bucket courtesty of the cunningly inferred Indian elephant at top right. Note the CND symbol on its blanket.
