The flood has receded and Noah's ark has run aground. God, who causes a rainbow to appear as a sign of his covenant that such a flood won't occur again, blesses Noah. However, God makes no promise that Noah won't get a parking ticket. The animals, like children bursting through the entry gates of a theme park, run down the gangway, eager to find adventure on the tile figurines that make up "Noah's Park." Even Peter's signature mouse bursts through a tiny portal.
